Essar Chester Half Marathon 2027

The Essar Chester Half Marathon is the third longest running half marathon in the UK and one of the most highly regarded half marathons in the country, starting and finishing in the heart of the historic Roman/Medieval international destination city of Chester. The race marks the second event in the Chester Triple Medal series.

Join in on an amazing day of running, full of inspirational moments and celebrations. This event sells out every year!

The predominately flat city and rural race route will be run entirely on closed roads.

To participate, sign up directly via the event organiser’s website. Once you’ve registered, reach out to The Walton Centre Charity to let us know you’ll be fundraising for us. We’ll provide you with all the support you need, from fundraising tips to running vests, helping you represent our charity with pride.
